2a.) Online appointment booking via Microsoft Bookings

We offer you the option of booking appointments online via our website. To book appointments, we use the "Microsoft Bookings" service, which is provided by Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052-6399, USA.

What data is collected?

If you book an appointment via Microsoft Bookings, the data you enter (e.g. name, email address, telephone number, desired appointment) is transferred to Microsoft and stored on their servers. This data is necessary in order to process your appointment booking and to be able to contact you.

Purpose of data processing

The data processing serves exclusively the purpose of making and managing appointments. You can make an appointment with us more easily and efficiently by using Microsoft Bookings.

Legal basis

The processing of your data in connection with the appointment booking is based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR (performance of contract) and Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest). Our legitimate interest lies in providing a user-friendly and efficient appointment booking option.

Data transfer to third countries

The data collected by Microsoft can be transferred to the USA and stored there. Microsoft has submitted to the EU-US Privacy Shield Agreement and is committed to complying with EU data protection regulations.

2b.) Use of QR codes for DATEV apps

To make it easier for our clients to access important DATEV apps, we offer QR codes on our website that lead directly to the official app store pages (App Store or Google Play Store) of the respective DATEV apps, such as "DATEV Smart Login".

What data is collected?

If you scan the QR code, you will be redirected to the corresponding app store page. We do not collect any personal data ourselves. However, when you visit the app store pages, data may be collected by the respective operators (Apple or Google), such as your IP address, device information or usage behavior. We have no influence on this data collection.

Purpose of the QR codes

The purpose of these QR codes is to offer you a quick and easy way to download the DATEV apps you need directly without having to search for them in the App Store or Google Play Store.

Legal basis

The QR codes are provided on the basis of our legitimate interest in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR to offer our clients a user-friendly way to use the DATEV apps.

Further information

The respective data protection regulations of Apple and Google apply to data processing by the operators of the app stores. You can find more information in Apple's privacy policy and Google's privacy policy.

2c.) Linking to external websites, including DATEV services

To make it easier for our clients to access important DATEV services such as "DATEV Unternehmen Online", we provide direct links to the relevant login pages and QR codes on our website that lead to the app store pages of the DATEV apps.

What data is collected?

If you click on one of these links or scan a QR code, you will be redirected to the corresponding external website (e.g. the login page of "DATEV Unternehmen Online" or the app store pages of "DATEV Smart Login"). When you visit these external sites, the respective provider (in this case DATEV or the operators of the app stores) may collect data such as your IP address, device information or usage behavior. We ourselves do not collect any personal data.

The links and QR codes serve solely to offer you a convenient way to access the corresponding DATEV services and apps without having to search for them.

Note on data processing by third parties

Please note that we have no control over data processing on DATEV's external websites or app stores. The respective data protection regulations of the external providers apply to the processing of your data. 3.) Data security

What measures are taken to ensure the security of personal data?

We are committed to ensuring the security of your data. We have implemented appropriate physical, electronic and administrative procedures to protect and secure the information we collect online. This includes the use of encryption and secure servers to store data.

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line.

Retention and deletion of data
